1. What This Covers

AjmerAstro sells AstroCoins, prepaid platform credits used for AI astrology chat and readings. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or your AstroCoins balance, as applicable. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. AstroCoins Purchases

• AstroCoins are prepaid credits. Coins you have already spent are non-refundable.
• We will refund a purchase in cases of accidental double charges or a failed payment that was still debited, with proper verification.
• Coins may carry a validity period shown at the time of purchase. Unused coins may expire after that period and are not refundable once expired.

3. Failed or Defective Readings

When you request a paid reading, the coins are held and charged only on delivery. If a reading fails to generate, the held coins are automatically released back to your balance and you are not charged. If a reading was delivered but you believe it was defective or you were charged incorrectly, you can raise a dispute from within the app (your coins activity), and we will review it case by case.

4. Unused Balance on Account Closure

If you close your account with an unused purchased balance above Rs 500, you may request a refund of that balance to your original payment method, with proper verification. Promotional or welcome coins are not eligible for a cash refund.

5. Cancellation

• For a duplicate or accidental AstroCoins purchase, contact us within 24 hours and before the coins are used, and we will help reverse it.
• Where a subscription plan is offered, you can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. How to Request a Refund

Raise a refund or dispute within 24 hours of the transaction, with your transaction ID:

7. Processing Time

AstroCoins balance refunds: 1-2 business days. Bank or card refunds: 5-7 business days. UPI refunds: 2-3 business days. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or Razorpay.
