Who this is for

Anyone with an AjmerAstro account, whether you use the AjmerAstro Android app, the website (ajmerastro.com), or both. It is one account: deleting it in either place deletes it everywhere.

Delete your account in the Android app

1. Open the AjmerAstro app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. We email a confirmation link to the email address on your account.
4. Open that email and tap the link within 24 hours. It opens a page in your browser; tap Yes, permanently delete my account.

Delete your account on the website

1. Sign in at ajmerastro.com.
2. Open My Account. On a computer, click your name at the top right and choose My Account. On a phone, tap Profile in the bar at the bottom of the screen, or open the menu and tap My Profile.
3. Choose Delete Account (in the menu on the left, or in the list on a phone), then click Delete account.
4. Tick each confirmation, then click Delete permanently. We email you a confirmation link.
5. Open the link within 24 hours and click Yes, permanently delete my account.

These steps are the same on a free account and a Pro account. Pro members can also start from the Pro Dashboard: My Account, then Danger zone, then Delete account.

What happens next

• Nothing is deleted until you open the emailed link and confirm. The link works once and expires after 24 hours; if it expires, simply start again.
• When you confirm, your account is deactivated straight away and a 30-day grace period begins. We email you the date your data will be erased.
• Changed your mind? Sign in during those 30 days and choose Cancel deletion (in the app, or under My Account on the website). Your account is restored as it was.
• After 30 days your account and personal data are erased permanently, and we email you to confirm it is done. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your personal data, including:

• Your account, sign-in details, name, email address and phone number.
• Your birth details and every saved chart, including charts of family members you added.
• Your saved readings and reports, AI chat conversations, and what the AI remembers about you.
• Your preferences, notification settings and other data linked to your account.

What we keep, and why

As our Privacy Policy explains, we keep an anonymized summary of purchases (with no personal details) for legal and accounting reasons, and payment and billing records for as long as tax law requires. We also keep a record that the deletion took place, without your email address or other personal details.

If you pay for a subscription

Deleting your account also ends any Pro access, AstroCoins and founder-circle or discounted pricing on it. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it before you delete your account.

Cannot sign in?

If you can no longer sign in to the app or the website, email us from the email address registered on your account and ask us to delete it. Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@ajmerastro.com or our support team at info@ajmerastro.com. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before we act, and we respond within 30 days.
