Refund Policy

1. Consultation Refunds

We strive for the best consultation experience. Refunds for consultations are available in the following cases:

  • Technical issues (call drops, chat failures) causing session interruption
  • Astrologer did not join within 5 minutes of scheduled time
  • Duplicate charges due to payment gateway errors
  • Consultation quality complaints (reviewed case-by-case)

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the consultation. Approved refunds are credited to your AjmerAstro wallet within 2 business days.

2. Wallet Top-up Refunds

Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable as they are credits for platform services. However, refunds to your original payment method may be processed in cases of:

  • Accidental double charges
  • Unauthorized transactions (with proper verification)
  • Account closure request with unused balance above Rs 500

3. Puja Booking Refunds

  • Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before scheduled puja
  • 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before
  • Full refund if puja could not be performed due to our fault

4. Product Purchases (AstroMall)

  • 7-day return policy for gemstones and spiritual products
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return
  • Energized/consecrated items are non-returnable

5. PDF Reports

Paid PDF reports (Brihat Kundli, Marriage Report, etc.) are non-refundable once generated and delivered. If there is an error in the report due to incorrect input, we will regenerate the report free of charge.

Wallet refunds: 1-2 business days. Bank/card refunds: 5-7 business days. UPI refunds: 2-3 business days. The actual time may vary depending on your bank.
