By accessing or using AjmerAstro (ajmerastro.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Who We Are

AjmerAstro is owned and operated by Himanshu Dadhich(Ajmer, Rajasthan, India). References to "we", "us" or "AjmerAstro" mean this business.

3. Services

AjmerAstro provides Vedic astrology services online, including: free tools (Janam Kundali generation, kundali matching, panchang, and astrology calculators), AI-powered astrology chat and readings billed in AstroCoins, and, where offered, subscription plans. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We do not currently provide human astrologer consultations, puja booking, or physical product sales; if we introduce such services in future, these terms will be updated to cover them.

4. Astrology Disclaimer

Astrology is a belief system, and our predictions, readings, and AI-generated guidance are for guidance and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or the outcome of any remedy. You should not make critical life decisions based solely on astrological guidance. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or financial matters. Our AI can make mistakes; please verify anything important.

5. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You may add family members (including a child) as profiles for chart generation. When a family member is under 18, you must confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to processing their birth details, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You agree to provide accurate birth details for astrological services.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

6. AstroCoins & Billing

Paid AI readings and chat are billed in AstroCoins, our prepaid platform credits. The coin cost is shown before you spend. When you request a paid reading, the coins are placed on hold and charged only when the reading is delivered; if a reading fails to generate, the held coins are automatically released back to your balance. AstroCoins are platform credits for use within AjmerAstro only. They are not money, currency, or a legal tender, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and have no value outside the platform. Coins may carry a validity period as shown at the time of purchase, after which unused coins may expire. Any promotional or welcome coins are provided at our discretion and may expire sooner.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. AstroCoin purchases and other charges are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Subscriptions

Where we offer a subscription plan, the price and billing cycle are shown before you purchase. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on AjmerAstro, including text, graphics, logos, charts, and software, is owned by Himanshu Dadhich (AjmerAstro) and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Harassing our team or other users
• Scraping or automated data collection
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Attempting to breach platform security or misuse AstroCoins

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or misuse the platform. On termination, any promotional or welcome coins are forfeited; any purchased balance is handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time from your account settings.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AjmerAstro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, or from decisions taken based on astrological guidance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
