AjmerAstro provides astrology-related services including but not limited to: free kundali generation, horoscope predictions, kundali matching, astrologer consultations (chat and call), puja booking, gemstone recommendations, and AI-powered astrological guidance.

3. Disclaimer

Astrology is a belief system and our predictions, readings, and consultations are for guidance and entertainment purposes. AjmerAstro does not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or the outcome of any remedy. Users should not make critical life decisions based solely on astrological advice. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or financial matters.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate birth details for astrological services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• One person may create multiple profiles for family members

5. Consultations

Chat and call consultations are billed per minute. Rates are displayed before the consultation begins. Your wallet balance is deducted in real-time. Consultations auto-disconnect when wallet balance reaches zero. Recording of consultations requires mutual consent.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except in cases covered by our refund policy. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AjmerAstro including text, graphics, logos, charts, and software is owned by AjmerAstro and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Harassing astrologers or other users
• Scraping or automated data collection
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Attempting to breach platform security

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
